It’s very rare that a beauty brand’s entire line mesmerizes me, but that’s simply what happened when I first got my hands on Cyklar. The brainchild of Claudia Sulewski, Cyklar is a Los Angeles-based, sustainable body care brand that first entered the scene in 2023 with its Original Body Cream. The company has since relaunched with updated packaging, new product formulas, and invigorating scents—many of which I’ve been using religiously since they landed at my doorstep.

In my opinion, Cyklar really delivers on its mission. The products not only nourish your skin—they are packed with nutrient-rich botanicals—but also bring an aromatic experience so enjoyable, you’ll want to slather yourself in them every single day. As someone who has skimped on body care here and there for the past several years (I’m lazy, what can I say?), this is one of the few times I’ve thoroughly enjoyed having a dedicated regimen for the areas past my neck.

Naked Neroli Sensorial Body Wash
The Naked Neroli Sensorial Body Wash has bright red packaging that immediately caught my eye, but it was its scent that made me add it to my shower first (I’ve got two other versions of the cleanser on hand). It’s described on the site as “evoking a feeling of pure bliss,” and that’s spot on; its scent awakens your senses and wraps you in the sweetness of jasmine (I’d say this is the note that shines through the most prominently).

Fragrance Notes: Top: bergamot, mandarin, lemon leaf; Mid: neroli, orange flower, jasmine; Dry: sandalwood, amber musk

Crescent Nutrient-Rich Body Cream
As much as I love Cyklar’s body wash , it’s got major competition for my favorite product in the line. The Crescent Nutrient-Rich Body Cream has become one of my holy grail products, and something I know I’ll routinely repurchase. I wish I could send its aroma through the screen, because it’s truly that captivating. If Naked Neroli is bright and sweet, Crescent is its sexier, warmer counterpart. Its strong scent lasts on my skin all day long, and I love how it immediately sinks in without leaving a greasy residue. I’ve gotten so many inquiries from friends on what fragrance I’m wearing when I apply it—they’ve all since bought a tube for themselves.

Fragrance Notes: Top: bergamot, grapefruit sea salt; Mid: transparent floral, lavender, rose; Dry: coconut woods, amber, musk, moss, cedar, vanilla, frankincense

Vanilla Verve Nutrient-Rich Body Cream
As someone who absolutely adores anything vanilla, when Cyklar dropped its new Vanilla Verve scent , I knew I had to try it. I had already fallen in love with the body cream formula after using the Crescent version for a few weeks, so chances were high this one would win me over as well (Spoiler: It did).

While I’d argue its scent isn’t quite as powerful as the Crescent one, I’ve still put it into my weekly rotation for times I want to nurture my skin and smell a little sweet. Like all of Cyklar’s body creams, it contains banana flower extract to hydrate and soothe distressed skin, niacinamide to even out texture and build a stronger skin barrier, and prickly pear water to round out any lingering issues, such as dryness or dullness.

Fragrance Notes: Top: bergamot, green cardamom; Mid: vanilla, heliotrope, ambrette seed; Dry: Peru balsam, amber, musk, tonka bean

Up until now, it was just our former commerce editor, Maya Gandara, who had tried Cyklar’s products and liked them so much that she wrote this whole review in January 2025. Fast forward to April 2026, and our current commerce editor, Katie Decker-Jacoby, was influenced by the story and now has something to say about the brand, below.

Sex Musk Roll-On Perfume Oil
CYKLAR’s Sex Musk Roll-On Perfume Oil is an intoxicatingly warm and spicy scent that I use as my everyday base when I layer multiple fragrances. While I don’t normally go for musky aromas, rose and jasmine lighten, while amber and vanilla add warmth. I roll the perfume oil onto a few pulse points: behind my ears, on my wrists, and sometimes on my collarbones, shoulders, or the backs of my knees in the summertime (P.S., you can see how I apply it to my neck in our March Latest & Greatest Instagram series). Even if there’s a day when I know I won’t leave my apartment, I’ll still dab on a bit of Sex Musk first thing in the morning because it smells that good and comforting (I literally can’t stop sniffing my wrists sometimes—it’s a problem). This tiny $24 bottle seriously lasts forever, so you also get great value. CYKLAR, if you’re listening, please, please, please, make this scent in more formulas, like a body wash and body cream (my other two faves from the brand).

Fragrance Notes: Top: timur nepal, rose, jasmine; Mid: orris, tonka bean, vanilla infusion; Dry: patchouli, musk, amber

Crescent Sensorial Body Wash
My second favorite product from Cyklar is its body wash , and though I’ve tried it in Sacred Santal and Crescent, the latter surprisingly came out on top for me. Maya’s review of the scent sold me, and I’m so glad it smells as good as she says it does. I knew the lather would fire on all cylinders fragrance-wise, but what I wasn’t expecting was its skincare results. I scrub my entire body, from neck to toe, with this formula, and my skin feels soft, healthy, and hydrated immediately after. I also noticed that it actually cleanses my skin (TMI, but you can see the grime come off and go right down the drain, so I know it’s actually doing its job, which I can’t really say about its counterparts).

Fragrance Notes: Top: bergamot, grapefruit sea salt; Mid: transparent floral, lavender, rose; Dry: coconut woods, amber, musk, moss, cedar, vanilla, frankincense

Crescent Nutrient-Rich Body Cream
I can’t rave about the Crescent body wash without also praising its cousin: the Crescent Nutrient-Rich Body Cream . They’re two peas in a pod and are most effective when paired together. I’ve received a few compliments about my scent lately, and every time, I happened to be wearing my usual three-fragrance combo plus the Crescent body wash and body cream. I honestly think the two Cyklar products are really what pushed things over the edge for me. I recommend following the body wash with the body cream for their combined skincare benefits but also so that the addicting scent lasts all day. Their staying power exceeded all of my expectations and even though I have a gazillion body care products in my tub because the nature of my job as a shopping editor, I’m constantly drawn towards this Cyklar one-two punch.

Fragrance Notes: Top: bergamot, grapefruit sea salt; Mid: transparent floral, lavender, rose; Dry: coconut woods, amber, musk, moss, cedar, vanilla, frankincense

You may already have body care products you own and love, but we’d recommend trying at least one product from Cyklar’s line-up. Just be warned, you’ll end up wanting them all.
