Meghan Markle and Patrick J Adams on Suits
USA Network

One thing we know about Meghan Markle is that she has always had a pretty good relationship with her Suits co-stars. Most of them attended her wedding after all and have publicly defended her online. This is especially true of Patrick J. Adams, who played Mike Ross, Markle’s love interest in the show. But has that relationship continued to this day? Do they all still get along?

Well, during an appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s Not Skinny But Not Fapodcast, Adams spoke about the fact that he didn’t get any As Ever products in the mail.

“I didn’t get a jam…I didn’t get anything,” Adams said in a joking manner, and then went on to explain that he just wasn’t the target audience for PR gifts. “I don’t have enough followers, I don’t think.”

Adams does have 3.5 million followers on his Instagram account, though most of them are probably not there because he might share products. Hirsch posted a reel of the discussion on Instagram and joked, “I got Meghan Markle’s jam! Sorry @patrickjadams.”

Markle reacted in the same joking manner, commenting on the post: “Jams en route for you @patrickjadams & @sleepinthegardn [Adam’s wife, Troian Bellisario] Hugs to those beautiful babies. Send my love to your mom.”

Hirsch shared how she got the jams in the first place. “I haven’t met her,” Hirsch explained. “The way that happened was that her show was coming out, and I had said on my Instagram, where I say stupid s—, that I am worried for Meghan. ‘Cause you know, you’ve been protective over her in the past.”

The actor then replied. “What she’s gone through is insane.”

Adams, whose bio on Instagram still reads: “The other guy from that show that you’re watching on that app because that girl married that prince,” joked elsewhere on the podcast about that bio, which he changed when Suits was having a resurgence on Netflix in 2023.

“Yeah. It’s the sort of thing that wherever Meghan is, if she’s ever read that, she’s got to be, ‘Patrick, give me a break,” he said, laughing, but also added that he might need to change it. “Yeah. Well, now I got a new show. Now we’ve got to like live in the in the present.”

Adams is currently starring in Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan’s The Madison opposite Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell.

Elsewhere on the podcast, Adams also talked about the good times they had on set and how Meghan reacted to some of his antics. “I got a lot of eye rolls. That was a constant with Meghan,” he said. “There’s a lot of rolling her eyes at me like, ‘Oh my god, what are you doing?'”

Adams revealed on Reddit in 2024 that he and Markle aren’t really in touch these days, explaining that she “leads a very different life now for obvious and important reasons.”

But Markle did reach out when news broke that Adams and former Suits co-star Sarah Rafferty were launching a Suits rewatch podcast. “Upon hearing about the podcast, I got a lovely text, saying how excited she was for us and asking how she could help in any way,” Adams said, explaining that it was “so lovely to still have that kind of support and friendship after so many years apart.”

Sounds like the friendship is still on. And hey, complaining apparently works!
