Love Is Blind is far from the only reality TV dating show, but when it comes to couples actually staying together long-term, it might be the one with the highest success rate. Sure, there’s a lot of drama in every season, but the couples that got married on the show have mostly stayed together, and some of them have even gone on to expand their family.
That’s right, after a few awkward jokes from Vanessa Lachey about it, the Love is Blind family now extends to kids. And considering the show is wrapping up its 7th season just in the US and looks ready to continue on for at least a couple more, this list will surely keep on growing.

After all, the first Season of Love is Blind premiered during the beginning of the pandemic but was actually filmed at the end of 2018. That means that, at this point, the couples that met and got married in Season 1 have been married for six years. And the couples that met in Season 3 have been married for over three years.
For now, though, let us discuss which of the Love is Blind couples are not just still together and happily married, but have expanded their family. Who has kids? Which couple is expecting a kid? And which former cast members have gone on to have kids with people not involved with the show? Here’s all we know.
Bliss and Zack were the first Love is Blind couple to have a baby. On the show, their path towards love was anything but straightforward, with Zack proposing first to Irina and actually heading with her to Mexico before realizing he’d made a mistake, breaking it off with her and proposing to Bliss. The two have now been married for over two years, and in May 2024 welcomed a baby girl called Galileo.
Alexa and Brennon tried to get pregnant for a while, with the couple discussing their desire to have a baby in the show’s After the Altar special and Alexa going over her road to pregnancy on her Instagram after announcing her pregnancy. Announcing the birth of their little girl, the couple posted on Instagram: “Our perfect daughter, Vienna Ziva Lemieux, born July 31, 2024. She has mommy’s hair and daddy’s dimples and we couldn’t be more in love.”
Though Amber and Barnett are not yet parents, the two did announce they were expecting a baby on October 9, while appearing on The Love Seat Podcast, hosted by the other Season 1 couple, Lauren and Cameron.
Mark is a dad twice over! The Season 1 contestant, who got engaged to Jessica but who did not end up marrying her is now married to Aubrey Rainey, and the two have two sons: Ace and Axton.
Bartise, who got engaged to Nancy but who said no to her at the altar announced after the show finished airing that he was a father. “Might’ve been the villain on TV, but I’m gonna be the hero for him,” he said on Instagram.
His son, Hayden, was reportedly born in December 2022, after Bartise finished filming another Netflix reality show, Perfect Match. The mother of the child has not been revealed, and the two are not together.
Season 1’s Jessica also moved on, just like Mark did. After her stint on the show she married ankle surgeon Benjamin McGrath, and the two welcomed a boy named Dax in June of 2023.
Season 2’s Shaina also found love after the show, marrying Christos Lardakis in July 2022. The couple welcomed a boy, Yiorgos David Lardakis, in Feburary 2024.
Season 1’s Giannina Gibelli rebounded from being left at the altar by Damian and staying together with him for a while after that and is now dating another veteran of reality TV, The Bachelorette’s Blake Horstmann. The two welcomed a little boy, Heath Orion Horstmann, on Good Friday 2024. “Everyone is home happy and healthy — his pregnancy and birth were a dream come true,” she later said on Instagram.
At this point, anyone who has watched Love is Blind Season 7 knows about the drama surrounding Tyler – who is confirmed to have 3 kids with Bri Thomas. Whether the kids are really “sperm donor babies” as Tyler has claimed, or not, is something we are likely to find out once contestants are free to speak out. The children are Kyreaux, 7, and twin girls Kali and Kamari, 5.
